Service Description

Dr. Brock's powerful approach to school and district leadership is designed to create a team structure at the school and district-levels where every teacher is engaged in developing a responsive school. The Leading School is nimble enough to be able to identify a problem and remove barriers for students within a 90-day cycle. By engaging all staff in the plan, the Leading School principal becomes the powerful, visionary leader that empowers change. School-level consulting includes a single consulting session for $1500 or a 5 session package with video and in-person coaching for $6500. The School Package includes a combination of in-person and video conferencing. Leading Schools implementation materials are included for up to 8 Leading Schools Team members in the school. The School Package totals 30 hours of consulting across the school-year.
