Dr. Brock's powerful approach to school and district leadership is designed to create a team structure at the school and district-levels where every teacher is engaged in developing a responsive school. The Leading School is nimble enough to be able to identify a problem and remove barriers for students within a 90-day cycle. By engaging all staff in the plan, the Leading School principal becomes the powerful, visionary leader that empowers change.
